Seasons Greetings for 2022It’s almost a wrap for 2022 and the staff at Pac Fire would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and advise you of our holiday shutdown.

Pac Fire will be closed between Thursday 22 December 2022 – Monday 9 January 2023. For urgent matters during our shutdown email urgent@pacfire.com.au or call 0405 330 266.

You can still shop online during the shutdown period, but please note orders will not be processed until our return on 9th January.

Here’s a recap of some of the highlights in 2022:

  • New year. New gloves. Pac Fire welcomes the new MSA Bristol Wildland and General Purpose Gloves to our range. MSA Bristol Wildland Gloves are a step forward in hand protection for Wildland applications including both a liner and moisture barrier.
  • Sometimes little things make all the difference. In February we received a new Mesh Face Shield for our R5 series rescue helmets.
  • In our continuing commitment to providing exceptional PPC tailored to different applications, the Athena Rescue Gloves were made part of our range in March.
  • We celebrated the completion of the 2 year rollout of 14,500 sets of premium MSA Bristol XFlex to FRNSW in April.
  • April also saw the launch of our custom made purchasing portal for contract customers, PAC+LINK.
  • After 7 years, and 2 cancelled shows Pac Fire was excited and proud to attended Interschutz in Hannover, Germany, with our supply chain partners Pacific Helmets, during the month of June.
  • Also during June, we took a deep dive into the Pacific R6L Patroller Tactical Helmet in line with arrival of the Pacific Rail Accessory Mount range.
  • Pacific Helmets finalised the design of the Cap Lamp Plinth in June 2022 – a specially designed accessory for Pacific branded helmets using a front plinth system – like an F15.
  • Pac Fire were proud, major sponsors of The Australasian Road Rescue Challenge (ARRO), 21st – 24th July, 2022. This years challenge was hosted by Tamworth in NSW.
  • Pac Fire received our first look at the future of fighting PPC with samples of the Pacific Haloflex™ F20 Structural Fire helmet and MSA Bristol X4 Firefighting Ensemble arriving in July ahead of AFAC22.
  • In August we completed the 47,500 unit rollout of Pacific BR9’s to NSW Rural Fire Service.
  • We also celebrated being able to get together again at AFAC22 in Adelaide during August.
  • Pac Fire’s catalogue returned in September 2022 – but if digital is more your thing you can download an electronic copy here.
  • Also during September Pac Fire excited to be 1 of 3 major sponsors for the NSW RFS State Championships in Bulli.
  • In October Pac Fire welcomed the lightweight, bright Adalit L90 Right Angle Torch to our range.
  • October was another big month for us at Pac Fire, we officially became sponsors of the FRNSW Firefighter championships and attended our first event in Port Macquarie.
