Pac Fire Online requires you to create an account when you shop with us so we can send you updates on your order.
If you've shopped with us before, you will have a Pac Fire Online account.
You can Login at the "Checkout" stage by clicking on the "Returning customer? Click here to login" link toward the top of the page (1).
You can also login using the "Login" link at the bottom of the page, in the black footer (2).
You may have forgotten your password since your last login. Reset your password using the Lost your password? link (3). Didn't receive your password reset link by email? It may have gone into your spam folder.

Great news! Most items on or website are priced. Simply add each item to your cart, proceed to the checkout, and fill in your delivery address details and you will have a detailed quote including a freight charge.

MORE HELP: I'D LIKE AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER

Login to your account and check the the status of your order via the “My Orders” tab.

There will be a status applied to your order. Here's an overview of what they mean.

  1. ON HOLD / AWAITING PAYMENT: Your order has been placed with Pac Fire using the 'direct deposit' option. After payment for your order has been received, your order will be updated to PROCESSING.
  2. PROCESSING: Your order is with our warehouse team for fulfilment.
  3. ON BACKORDER: Items on your order are out of stock. Your order is waiting for arrival of incoming stock before shipping.
  4. COMPLETED: Your order has shipped! You can find shipping details in the notes of your order so you can track the package.

Every time a Pac Fire team member add a note to your order you should receive an email. If you are not receiving our emails they might be going into your spam/junk folder.

Still not confident. No problems. Return any incorrectly sized stock to us in new condition with original packaging and we will swap it for the correct size or arrange a credit for you.

MORE HELP: I WANT TO PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD

PayPal handles our online transactions for us to make it both safer and easier.

To pay with credit card:

  1. Simply select the “Pay with Credit Card / PayPal option”.
  2. On the next screen, instead of logging in, select “Pay with a card”.
  3. Enter your card details as normal.

At the end of the transaction there will be a link for you to jump back to Pac Fire Online to view your order details.

Still not comfortable? Select "Direct Bank Transfer" then give us a call with your order number on 1300 731 800 and a team member will take the payment over the phone and update your order.

MORE HELP: I'M NOT RECEIVING YOUR EMAIL UPDATES

If you're not receiving email notifications from our website (including: order updates, password reset notifications), they might be going into your mail clients spam/junk folder.

There is also a chance that the incorrect email is attached to your account. Login to your account using your username (rather than your email) and check the email address attached to your account is correct. If it isn't right - you can update it in your account section.
