Difficulties with our Payment Interface

Issues with the Pac Fire Online Payment Gateway

We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties with Pac Fire Online’s primary payment interface.

To allow business to continue as normal on the website, we’ve reverted to an earlier version of the interface that does not allow for credit card details to be entered directly on the Checkout page.

Rest assured, you can still pay by Credit Card through this interface – but the system may prompt you to login to an exisiting PayPal account.

To enter credit card details directly please refer to the FAQ information below:

Select the Credit Card or PayPal option from the payment methods available. Then use the ‘Proceed to PayPal’ button. The referring screen will have two options: ‘Login to your PayPal Account’ or ‘Pay with a Card’. Select the ‘Pay with a Card’ Option.

The system may prompt you to login to your PayPal account if you are using a linked email address. Do not proceed to login, instead select ‘Try Another Way’ and then ‘Pay with Card’ from the referring menu. Enter your card and billing details as normal – this will be processed as a card payment – not a PayPal transaction (the PayPal interface is only facilitating the payment).

If you are experiencing difficulties with the Credit Card payment interface after following these steps, you can select the Direct Bank Transfer option on the Checkout Screen and call our team with your credit card number at your convenience.

We are working to resolve the issues with the payment interface and will update you on Facebook and Instagram as soon as it’s corrected.
