Pac Fire is closely monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 in Australia and other parts of the world.
We understand that this is a stressful time for all and want to reassure everyone that we are here for you and remain open for business to support our frontline emergency services.
The safety of our customers and staff is our main priority which means we have made some operational changes to ensure everyone’s well-being moving forward:
- Our showrooms / trade stores located in Yatala (Queensland) and Marleston (South Australia) are closed to the public. We will not accept counter sales or pick ups. Don’t worry though – our courier network is still operating normally and we will be able to ship your orders to you.
- Our office staff are now working from home where practical. Whilst we do not anticipate any change to the service we offer you, there might be some teething problems during the transition. Please be patient with us during the change.
- Pac Fire’s warehouse staff and the PAC+CARE service centre staff will continue to ship your orders and care for your PPE. We have implemented a new roster that allows us to maintain social distancing as advised by the Australian Government, protect the health of our staff and stop the spread of COVID-19.
