Pac Fire recommends refurbishing the internal components of your BR5 every two years or if the helmet is being passed on to a new team member.

This kit contains the internal components to refurbish a Pacific BR5 wildland firefighting helmet.

Use this kit also if you are looking to upgrade your helmet from ribbon suspension to mesh suspension. Mesh suspension has been designed to spread the weight of the helmet and accessories more evenly over the head resulting in increased comfort for prolonged use.
